We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, such as product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Your purchases are subject to our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in SEK (Swedish Krona) and do not include VAT. As a small business with annual sales below 80,000 SEK, we are exempt from VAT registration under Swedish law. The price you see is the final price you pay – no additional taxes will be added at checkout. Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including shipping, using your selected payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the goods.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services are hosted by Shopify. However, any purchases made through this store are made directly with minim. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales transaction between you and minim.
