Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and health protection reasons. This includes personal care and beauty products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with any original seals intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
